Take care of your Pilates mat to make it last longer
Your Pilates mat is designed to be used barefoot. If you wear shoes, it could wear out more quickly.To clean it, simply dampen a cloth with soapy water and wipe your mat with it.And leave it to dry fully, out of the sun, before putting it away.

You may notice a strong odour when you first begin using your mat. Don't worry - it is not toxic and will fade with time.Remember to fold up your mat after every workout. Use this mat while barefoot or wearing socks.
